| Kevin S. Ward - CEO, President and Founder |
| Mr. Ward is responsible for the overall management and operation of the business, including corporate strategy and performance. Mr. Ward comes to PC-Conferencing with over 23 years of telecommunications and security industry experience. While at Global Crossing (formerly Frontier ConferTech), his professional sales and management experience allowed him to drive sales over 115% each year from 1991 through 1999. Mr. Ward attended the University of Denver from 1974-78 where he majored in Marketing. Mr. Ward is an active ski racer in both TeamSki and the Rocky Mountain Division of USSA. |
| Jim Newcomb - Controller |
| Mr. Newcomb is responsible for A/R, A/P, Budgets, Forecasting, Vendor Relations, Month-End Reporting, Payroll, Commissions, and Compensation Plan Administration. His experience includes Controller of Otis Elevator North American Operations, Corporate Controller of TECO Energy in Tampa, Florida, CFO of Fischer Imaging (where he worked with Morgan Nields), and CFO of Imaginon Corporation in San Carlos, California. He received a BA from Beloit College and an MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. |
| Jeremy Willius - Director of Sales & Marketing |
| Mr. Willius is responsible for the driving the growth of PC Conferencing revenue through targeted sales campaigns and the development of new product offerings. Mr. Willius comes to PC Conferencing with 14 years of sales & marketing experience including 10 years as the top new-revenue producing rep at ACT Teleconferencing. At ACT, he closed and grew business with F500 companies, partner channels & government entities. Mr. Willius received a BA in International Studies from Kenyon College in 1994. |
