Kevin
Ward, President & CEO |

Kevin
Ward is responsible for the overall management and operation
of PC Conferencing. An avid
ski racer, Kevin understands the key metrics
of accelerating business performance. He understands what it takes
to make online meetings successful and cost effective. He has 30
years of telecommunications and securities industry experience.
Prior to founding
PC Conferencing, Kevin’s sales and management expertise at
Global Crossing (formerly Frontier ConferTech), allowed him to
drive sales
in excess of 115% each year. Kevin attended the University of Denver
from 1974-1978, majoring in Marketing. He is an active ski racer
with Rocky Mountain Masters (www.rmmskiracing.org)
and is a board member
with Rocky Mountain Masters and the Rocky Mountain Division of
USSA (www.rmdussa.com). |

Jim Newcomb, Controller |

Jim Newcomb is responsible for the A/R, A/P, budgeting, forecasting,
vendor relations, financial reporting, payroll, and compensation administration
functions at PC Conferencing. His experience includes Controller of
Otis Elevator North American Operations, Corporate Controller of TECO
Energy in Tampa, Florida, CFO of Fischer Imaging and CFO of Imaginon
Corporation in San Carlos, California. He received a BA from Beloit
College and an MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration
at Dartmouth College. |

Jeremy
Willius, Director of Sales & Marketing |

Jeremy Willius is responsible for the driving the growth of PC Conferencing
revenue through targeted sales campaigns and the development of new
product offerings. He comes to PC Conferencing with 14 years of sales
and marketing experience, including 10 years as the top new-revenue
producing representative at ACT Teleconferencing. At ACT he closed
and grew business with Fortune 500 companies, partner channels and
government entities. Jeremy received a BA in International Studies
from Kenyon College. |
