Bill
is Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Graebel Companies, Inc.
which provides worldwide moving and storage services for household
goods, commercial offices and special commodities. Founded in
1950, Graebel Companies, Inc. is the largest privately owned
and operated U.S. relocation organization, providing local, intrastate,
interstate, and international services. Bill is responsible for
sales and operations for Graebel Van Lines and Graebel Movers
International, Inc. He is an active member of the Employee Relocation
Council, the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council, the Young Presidents'
Organization, and the Foothills Ski Shop Racing Team. He also
serves on the Board of Trustees for the Denver Area Council of
the Boy Scouts and is a Board of Director for Colorado Uplift.
Bill is an active ski racer in TeamSki and the Rocky Mountain
Division of USSA.

Sandy

Sandy
is owner of Summit Habitats, one of the premier builders in the
Vail Valley.
Sandy began his career as a builder in 1981 while earning his degree in real
estate and construction management at the University of Denver. He began renovating
homes in the older neighborhoods of Denver, working hands-on in all phases of
construction. Seeing the opportunities in Vail, Sandy moved his operations there
in 1986. An ex-NCAA All American, he ski races in the Rocky Mountain Division
of USSA.

Morgan
Nields is past Chairman (1973-2003) of the Board of Fischer Imaging
Corporation, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of specialty
medical imaging systems for the screening and diagnosis of disease.
He served as the company's CEO from 1973 until 2000, and as President
from 1990 until 1992. Morgan is a Director and member of the
Board of Governors of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association
(NEMA), and a director of Breast Health Management, Inc. and
Rad-icon Imaging Inc. He holds a B.A. from Williams College and
an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration
at Dartmouth College. Morgan is an active ski racer in the Rocky
Mountain Division of USSA.
