serves as Municipal Judge for the City of Parker, Colorado, and

Doug has directed the engineering and business operations activities
of such companies as Scitor, ManTech Advanced Systems, Lockheed
Martin, Siemens, Loral Aerospace, and the United States Air Force.
As a co-founder of Paragon Dynamics, Inc., Doug worked with his
executive team to increase revenue an average of 50% per annum
over the past six years.

has a BS in computer science from the University of Maryland,
an Information Systems Analyst's Certificate and an MS in management
information systems from Bowie State University, and an Avionics
Systems Technology degree from the US Air Force.

Elliot (Internet)

Jim
Elliott most recently served as VP of Channel Sales for Terabeam
where he oversaw the company’s marketing strategies for
high-speed data services, and radio and laser communications
equipment. His experience includes various sales, marketing and
executive director positions. He prides himself in building strong
inside sales centers and branch office connectively solutions
for small-to-medium-sized businesses. In addition, Jim has strong
demonstrated leadership skills which were put to task managing
50 market research and competitive intelligence professionals.

member of National Collegiate Ski Association All-Conference
Alpine Ski Team, Jim excels in outdoor activities including
winning a Bronze Medal in the FIS Alpine Skiing Masters World
Championships. He is an active ski racer in the Rocky Mountain
Division of USSA.

with much of his career focused on venture-backed software and
technology companies, including several successful start-ups.
He was a founder and chief technologist for Capture Logic, led
product management at Global Commerce Systems, and was part of
the original team at Requisite Technologies. He also has held
positions at Fortune 500 firms StorageTek, as a senior product
manager, and Fujitsu ASG, as the vice president of marketing.

holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance,
both from the University of Colorado.
