Sandy Treat

Mr. Treat began his career as a builder in 1981; while earning his degree in real estate and construction management at the University of Denver, he founded Summit Habitats. He began renovating homes in the older neighborhoods of Denver, working hands-on in all phases of construction. After graduation, Mr. Treat built homes in Washington Park and Cherry Creek. Seeing the opportunities in Vail, Mr. Treat moved his operations there in 1986. Today he is owner of Summit Habitats, one of the premier builders in the Vail Valley. An ex-NCAA all American, Mr. Treat ski races in the Rocky Mountain Division of USSA.
