Mike McCannon – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McCannon is responsible for all internal accounting and financial systems, including system design, execution and training. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has practiced in Colorado since 1989. He is a principal with Gervais McCannon and Associates, P.C., a Denver, accounting firm and was previously a senior auditor for Cordovano and Company. His experience includes audits of publicly-traded national corporations, responsibility for quarterly and annual client reports to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and filings for public stock offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in tax planning and preparation for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs; property transactions; and state and local taxation.

Mr. McCannon's holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Denver and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
